		<description>Have you had a MRI? I could be just your Fibro, but I believe without a MRI you are not totally informed.  X Rays do not show soft tissue damage at all of course, so there hasn&#039;t been any test to know what exactly is going on with your hips.
1 example could be that you have a buldging or herniated disc that is pushing your sciatic nerve and causing hip pain.
That nerve is tricky because it usually never hurts where you think it should. It often radiates pain and commonly into the hips.

I tell you what messes my hips up is when I have laid on one side of the bed too long and there starts to be an indention in the mattress where the bottom half of my body lays, so I have to turn the mattress around or just sleep on the other side.  Or when I sleep on a mattress that is hard.</description>
