I am always always tired, exhausted even
I dont think i sleep very well anymore, i never feel rested and often wake feeling worse
I also get a lot of random joint pain, chest pain and headaches (lots and lots of headaches – these tend to move around my head and vary in pain levels)
Sore throats
general feeling of run downess
mouth ulcers
forgetfulness and ‘brain fog’
nausea
poor temperature control or loss of thermostatic stability,
IBS
increased Urinary frequency
i took the symptoms from wikipedia that fit with how i am feeling. i am so tired! its so hard to function
