Child-caring is exhausting and caring for her own may be zapping her of the little strength she already has. Plus, if your kids are prone to run out into the street, realize that she may not physically be able to chase them.
[7] Plan activities that she can participate in. While you may love your stroller exercise groups, and mommy-and-me swim classes, these activities may not be options for her. Ask her what kinds of things she likes to do and then join her for these. i really love one of my best mates, no names mentioned.
But for some reason, for years now shes made up illnesses.
Okay, some of them are real, e.g if she has a cold or this time when she did acually have this heart thingy.
Shes a reallly good mate, and if anything happend to her i’d be so upsett, but its hard somtimes because i’ll tell her about how i have athsma a few years ago.. all of a sudden she has it.
She says shes death.. (but funny enough, so is one of our close mates who hids it)
if anyone says they feel ill, the next day she’ll be off ill.
at first i didnt pick up on it, untill someone mentioned it as a joke, now years on.. i know its not just a coinsidence.
Shes always been one to stay of school for random reasons, cause her parents just let her stay of school for the sake of it, e.g she has an essay due the next day.
thing is, whenever she thinks she feels ill, she tells us she goes to the doctors, even if its like a cold or somthing.
and then lately, shes been telling us she went to the doctors, cause shes aparently depressed. and they said it might be M.E cause shes not sleeping. (although, i know for a fact shes a great sleeper, and its not like she goes to bed at normal time, even on school nights she’ll be online untill 12 and go to bed at 2.
i might not know all the details, but then again.. sounds like another one of her storys, just to get the attention.
i mean iv mentioned some of her illnesses from the past to her, n shes been like, i’d remeber if i had that illness.. (when i can remeber the convo!)
& then today, when my mate asked her why she wasnt in the day before, she said ooh.. i was tierd. & then when my mate replyed.. thats no excuse!!

iv looked up M.E on the internet, and she may have some symptoms, but doesnt everyone at one point.
please help me process the whole thing, cause i dont know how to deal with her, or anymore lies, dramas and everything..
